On the first day of November, key leaders from the churches in Finel, Dubedou, Anse Rouge and Terre Blanche gathered in Terre Blanche for a time of fellowship and encouragement.
The day started with prayers and devotions – this included praying for HFH board members and supporters – that is you. Breakfast followed, prepared by Mme Elvire and her team.
The day’s teaching and encouragement was: “Essential characteristics of an efficient Christian worker.”
Early birthday celebrations were held for both Pastor Delamy and Elvire who have birthdays this month – Happy Birthdays to our in-country partners!
While these church leaders were being blessed, the staff at the Clinic of Hope was busy seeing patients and two babies were delivered. God is good!
The encouraging day ended with another delicious meal. Fellowship, food and encouragement – what a day!
Just as these key leaders pray for all of us, would you pray for them? It encourages them to know others are praying for them. Pray for safety, wisdom, perseverance and the light of Jesus to shine brightly. May people come to know the One who brings peace.
