Exciting News: School Construction

We have exciting news to share!

Thanks to a generous donor, funds have been provided to complete the secondary school in Terre Blanche. Construction has begun and is expected to be finished this September. The project will complete the first floor and add a second floor with seven classrooms.

You can help: An additional $9,500 is needed to furnish the completed classrooms with desks, benches and chalkboards. We have already received $6,275. Contributions can be made to the Lunel Paulin Memorial Fund in memory of the school’s principal who died this year.

Hunger and starvation are profound in Haiti right now. Malnourished children are everywhere, not just in the impoverished and rural communities that HFH serves. Recently, mothers came from all over to receive help from the Clinic of Hope for their malnourished children. They received Medika Mamba, a fortified peanut butter, for their sick children as well as a large bag of rice to take home and share with their families.
