How do you start out the New Year at the Clinic of Hope?
If you are Pastor Delamy you do the following:
- Gather all the staff together.
- Express deep appreciation for their solidarity during 2022.
- Challenge them with the expectation of excellence in care for the patients in 2023.
- Remind them the reason why we continue to have the clinic open during these difficult days.
- Celebrate and give each staff member a certificate of appreciation signed by Dr. Montumaire, Pastor Jean David and Pastor Delamy.
- Spend time praying for the board of HFH, Papa Joe and Mom Linda.
. . . then, we start seeing patients!
