The founders of Haiti Foundation of Hope, Joe and Linda Markee, are transitioning into new roles as the HFH ministry heads into a new season. In this video, Larry Moore, the HFH board president from 2005-2019, shares his connection to the Markees. Also, Joe and Linda give us a glimpse into their new role with HFH.

This was a great way for first-year students to learn basic sewing skills like cutting fabric, threading needles, and using a treadle sewing machine. Hunger and starvation are profound in Haiti right now. Malnourished children are everywhere, not just in the impoverished and rural communities that HFH serves. Recently, mothers came from all over to receive help from the Clinic of Hope for their malnourished children. They received Medika Mamba, a fortified peanut butter, for their sick children as well as a large bag of rice to take home and share with their families.
