With the world on coronavirus alert, here is what we know from Terre Blanche.
At this time there are no coronavirus cases reported in Haiti and the Haitian government is taking steps to restrict travel into the country.
Pastor Delamy sent word that the Clinic of Hope is being proactive about the virus. The medical staff has met with the community health workers and provided education regarding the virus and precautionary steps to take. These 60 community health volunteers are on the front-lines as they reach out to share this information with their neighbors in six nearby villages.
The churches had an education time during Sunday services where hygiene and especially handwashing was emphasized.
